the location rocks seriously rocks. it is super central i mean you can walk everywhere! i scored some extra pillows and they were just what i needed, so comfy. plus breakfast had a view of the duomo, yesss!

The location is unbeatable. It is only a few minutes on foot to the duomo. i could take the train from the airport to the hotel easily, as it is less than ten minutes from the train stop. the front desk staff is friendly, and the breakfast is simple but delicious with cheese, pancakes, eggs, and fruit.
The air conditioning filter was a bit dirty. I think that area could use some attention. it impacted the air quality, not ideal for my allergies.

the hotel features a rooftop terrace where guests can enjoy breakfast with views. the location is near the train station. there is also a secure area to leave luggage after checkout.

My room included comfortable bedding and toiletries were provided. the rooms have charming architectural details and magnificent views. also, the bathroom had a hairdryer with a diffuser. I found this a great addition for personal care.

I found the hotel location very convenient. It was a short walk to many main sites. The staff provided excellent service. They met all my requests, showing they listen to customers. I appreciated the friendly staff. Their English was excellent and helpful.
My room lacked a topper on the bed, so it was not comfortable.

Many attractions and restaurants were within a fifteen-minute walk of the hotel. I found the train station to be very close. The Arno River was within walking distance.
